MSE’s Double Membranes give you the opportunity to store more gas in your plant(s). This way, you are always in control of how much gas you want to take out. Especially in combination with our Biogas Domes (gas storage - see flyer), our Double membranes could be very interesting for you!
MSE’s Biogas Domes are supplied as independent freestanding units. With their almost total resistance to the harmful acids and other compounds found in biogas, our Biogas Domes are the preferred solution. Costing less than half the price of a typical steel gasholder of the same capacity, our gasholders are becoming the normal method of containing and handling biogas.
MSE’s Rectangular Double Membrane is perfectly suited for dry and wet anaerobic digestion, can e.g. be built to cover existing lagoons and even for the storage of gas. We supply the complete system, consisting the lagoon sealing and the gas storage structure so you have nothing to worry about!
All MSE’s membranes (inner as well as outer) are 100% high frequency welded. This means our membranes our welded according the latest technologies! Our advantage is that the welding is done by machines instead of man power, which is more accurate and consistent. When you order with MSE, we always provide you the best possible options!
MSE’s Flexible Tanks give you the opportunity of temporary or permanent storage of liquids. A major advantage compared to conventional tanks is the minimal installation work. All you need is a flat and stable surface, large enough to support the tank. Our Flexible Tanks can hold between 1 and 500 m3 (on request even more!) of various liquids: drinking water, fire water, frost proof fire water and slurry.
MSE is able to design an air system for you that is able to work in every condition (with all sorts of pressures). In most situations, our two standard types of ventilators will be a perfect fit. For other situations, we have good alternatives to meet your requirements as well!

We always provide the perfect underconstruction for you! We choose the right column, crown ring and belts according our statically proven calculations. Thereby we take into account the height, diameter and the pressure of/inside your tank.
All our Gas Volume Measurement systems can be integrated in the complete double membrane roofs of Membrane Systems Europe. We can provide you with the parameters to set the devices and make sure that these parameters are already calibrated into the measurement system. In that case the system is ready to use after installation! No settings have to be done by the client for these systems.
Our desulfurization net makes sure your complete biogas installation remains sulfur free as much as possible. In biogas there is a lot of sulfur, which is very harmful for the complete biogas installation (especially the engine). Our net has been made out of very strong PE material, with a maze width of 10 x 10cm. When the sulfur reacts with the oxygen inside the tank, the sulfur attaches itself to the net. After a while, the sulfur becomes a chunk and falls into the slurry, where it is not harmful anymore!
The MSE-501 is specially designed to neutralize odors caused by organic processes. With the aid of the AN-4933 holder in the outside air, this polymer makes sure that the bad odors don’t leave the area.

Products of Membrane Systems Europe B.V. are statically calculated according to Eurocode 1 (Germany DIN 1055). Products comply to the highest European standard for amongst others snowload and windload. Biogas domes, double mebrane covers and high-point-membranes are high-frequency welded.
Due to the high-frequency weldings and statical calculations products show extremely strength and extended lifespan. Our product can cope with pressures up to 30 mBar.
